I believe in modern teaching. With all due respect to our senior teachers in this field but I think that there is so much generational evolution that a huge gap is developed between students and teachers. I being a fresh graduate thinks that the teaching field's key factor is good communication with students that most teacher lack and students could not question them freely so this is where I work on.
